Who we are
our story
Among the few Chiefs of Staff in Web3, Kim DePuy and Michelle Wu found strength in unity. By sharing best practices, offering thoughtful feedback on new ideas, and pooling resources, they supported one another in their ever-evolving roles. Recognizing a broader need to define and uplift the pivotal role of operational maestros and Chiefs of Staff in the Web3 ecosystem, they founded Web3CoS. This organization soon became the premier community for Chiefs of Staff in Web3 and AI, setting the standard for excellence and collaboration in the field.
kim depuy
Kim DePuy served as Chief of Staff at Polygon Labs and was instrumental in shaping the success of the Polygon Zero team. With a background in marketing, human resources, recruiting, and strategic advisory in financial services and technology, Kim brings a multifaceted perspective to her coaching practice. She is dedicated to providing opportunities and programs for underrepresented communities, a commitment she plans to continue with Nuwa Vesta.
michelle wu
Michelle Wu is a 2X Chief of Staff at Google and MetaMask. She leverages her diverse experience across Google, Goldman Sachs, and MetaMask to help leaders unlock their full potential.
This experience led Michelle to found a thriving Chief of Staff community (@web3cos) and wholesome experiences for women leaders (@wholesome_women).
